    Everything is important…
Actually, teaching is simply showing the many ways/approaches to any subject matter. The rest is our own responsibility…

What is important to you, it’s not as important to me possibly… hence my comment: coming from a vintage prof/trainer/mentor/coach… whose life has crossed those of so many, young and not so young, each with his/her different ways, means and needs…
        🙂
To be for each individual, for his/her mind & soul what he/she wants and needs you to be…

Many people are emotional cripples. Schoolteachers need training in how to deal with the myriad of teen problems and kids also could learn how to help them self with emotional upheaval.
